Tasty food, overall well presented and well-kept place.
Comfortable bed, well-equipped room with a lounge and a carpet. Highly professional staff from staff members, astonishing views. Location - peaceful and ideal, right by the London skyline, and The cavendish restaurant.

I had very nice time here, amazing and awesome location!
Cheap rooms for a 5 ft bed and accommodating stuff.

Consider trying the bar menu for a more casual dining experience, as the restaurant's offerings might not suit all tastes.

Clean property with lovely design, and warm continental breakfast. Marvellous location, local area, close enough to wonderful mature gardens as well as public areas. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Centennial Park.

The helpful and pleasant bar staff
Yes. 1. 45 minute delay in food order from bar (kitchen ran out of produce, staff had to go out to shop for replacement) - staff were slow to react to this problem and there solution was to provide a free starter without consultation with customer. A simpler solution would have been to tell us that the item was now off and would we like to choose something else 2. Bedroom comfort - bed too soft and pillows cheap (foam filled, no support)

Relaxed, friendly, effecient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great continental breakfast and bar snacks. This bodes well for the restaurant though we didn't use it. Pleasant outlook from bar area and bedrooms that face in the right direction. Convenient to drive to and park with excellent access to central London (30mins) by a train service that runs through the night making it a viable option to staying in town.
Breakfast only served til 9.30am by which time the full english buffet option was a bit gruesome. The continental buffet was still great however. The grounds surrounding the hotel could be a real feature.

Very friendly and helpful staff - all made evey effort to make our stay welcome.. We held our wedding reception at the then Edgwarebury country club June 6th 1964! We stayed this time on the sad occasion of our 'Best Man's' memorial at Stanmore Golf Club.Only complaint - terrible pillows - cheap and very uncomfortable - get rid of them!!! Will rebook but only if you change them! Regards, Angus & Jacky McKillop

The hotel had fine views, a lovely outdoor terrace, and beautifully furnished common areas. The afternoon tea was good, with delicious scones and cakes.

The room was clean and warm and would have been fine apart from the wet carpet!
There are no drawers in the rooms therefore everything is on show or put inside the suitcase. The breakfast is grossly overpriced at £13.75 for a pretty mediocre meal. What do they do to the mushrooms?
